The Nordic Sauna is set at 80°C before steam and has a capacity of 4-6 people at any one time.
The sauna is an enjoyable way to relieve stress, relax muscles, boost your immune system, cleanse your skin, and burn calories. Visit on its own or make it a perfect post-workout treat.
