• The Main Hall is multi-functional with 3 sports courts and the potential for performances and social events

• There are ramps and special-needs access with a platform lift for access to the first floor and viewing gallery

•The building benefits from a range of renewable energy sources of heat, light and power ~ Wind turbines, Ground Source Heat Pumps and underfloor heating, Solar Hot Water, passive Solar and Photo Voltaic Panels
Many of the areas mentioned here are flexible in their use and the building can accommodate a range of users and activities.
