Circuit Training at Sporsnis

If you can’t decide which is the right exercise for you, or you just like the idea of putting a little variety into your workouts, then Circuit Training classes at Spòrsnis will suit you down to the ground. In simple terms, it’s a whole range of different exercise activities, one after the other, all in one fast-paced class. Everything from squat jumps and push-ups to rowing and weight lifting, covering all kinds of disciplines and using all sorts of equipment, across all the key muscle groups.

Make no mistake, Circuit Training is vigorous, sweat-drenched and pretty intense from start to finish, but it’s loads of fun too and like all our classes it caters for various ability levels. Our instructors are expert enough to be aware of each member’s skill level and modify things accordingly.

Good luck to all running in the Castle Grounds this morning. Please note the road conditions require great care. The sun is up and more traffic will break up the snow / ice.
I turned back early this morning, I will run round Ness instead later. Looks a great day for running.
