Everything from squat jumps and push-ups to rowing and weight lifting, covering all kinds of disciplines and using all sorts of equipment, across all the key muscle groups.
Make no mistake, Circuit Training is vigorous, sweat-drenched and pretty intense from start to finish, but it’s loads of fun too and like all our classes it caters for various ability levels. Our instructors are expert enough to be aware of each member’s skill level and modify things accordingly.
