Football last Saturday. The Lionel pupils + Murray looked smart in their Sporsnis/ School Council strips.
However one strip is missing and must be in someone's drawer at home. It is one of the bigger strips and has 16,17 or 19 on the back. Please have a look and return, no fines.

Thanks to everyone from West Side FC for coming here this morning. They certainly have some excellent young players and this does not happen by accident.
In order for us to compete we need more adult help, but if not forthcoming we will be staying positive. It was good to see lots of parents spectating.

We are constantly hearing our NHS is under great strain. Take exercise not pills, if possible, no guarantee of avoiding serious illness but it certainly helps. Nobody wants to be in a queue in a hospital corridor. It is our responsibility to make an effort.
People say you don't see children playing football in the street any more- you see them on the Ness pitch every day.

Based in Ness, in the Isle of Lewis, Spòrsnis features a large multi-purpose hall, fitness suite and sauna, soft-play area and community learning and resource areas. It also boasts the only 10-pin bowling alley in the Western Isles.

The facility currently operates 6 days a week from 9.00am to 10.00pm.
